ISO 9001:2015 is part of the ISO 9000 series of standards that sets out requirements for a quality management system, helping businesses and organizations increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction by adhering to its high standard based on quality management principles, including strong customer focus, leadership motivation, optimized processes, and continuous improvement.
Throughout the accreditation process, Gaea partnered with TÜV SÜD, an international trade and development company for safety, security, and sustainability solutions, to implement effective quality management systems that improved overall performance, ensuring Gaea continues to offer high-quality customer service.
