TBC was using Proliance, spreadsheets, and paper to manage their project portfolio. This combination of tools was unable to manage the full project lifecycle, and created a lack of standardized processes, inefficient manual data entry into multiple systems, and data silos and errors. The existing system was also unable to support the Kingdom’s vision 2030, a strategic plan with goals focused on public-sector development.
