The Gaea and RWDC combined team selected the Oracle Primavera suite for a comprehensive project controls solution. After evaluating a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative set of metrics which aligned with RWDC strategic goals, Gaea and RWDC collaborated to present a strong business case for implementing an enterprise-grade, scalable project controls solution.
